• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on meetings for any project initiative on Ancillary Departments (PT, OT, SLP, NICU)

• Proficient knowledge of project management from the strategic planning to product delivery.

• Build, maintenance and enhancement for the Enterprise Order Catalog (DCP), Order requisition routes and Powerforms

• Gather all information for report development for various Ancillary Departments.

• Build, maintenance and enhancement of PowerChart using Bedrock, mPages and Quick Orders.

• On call rotation; applications support within Cerner Millennium and Syngo PACS systems using ServiceNow ticketing system

• Liaison for both Clinical Informatics and Information Technology.

• Physician Trainer; engaged in providing training pre go-live of Cerner applications and Post go-live support
